Lol, I don't know what you guys are talking about. I was using it all night on Wednesday and had some very quick laps, and some tight battles. I was hitting 58's comfortably also. I guess you can't stab on the power, and ease it on a bit more on the exits.
Hey Apex, that was some mighty fine driving, despite my heart palpitations of racing on the limit at Bathurst against you guys, I've never had some much fun racing online. Bring it on! I managed to learn heaps over the course of the 3 races last night, dialing back TC to 0 in certain areas/corners and dialing it up to help reduce the risk of spinning out when I had some fierce competition behind me waiting to pass. I continually got better through the night and dropped a 1.59.3. Very happy!
I was one of those drivers very close behind you for some time and I found it very difficult to find a way past. Great driving @Peersy
Thanks Ursine, I could see you and felt the pressure immensely! I was half minded to slow down up the top of the mountain and let you 2-3 guys past but there isn't a safe place to do so. So I kept pushing myself to concentrate and keep going. Sorry for holding you up, I know it's not ideal
Ok lads... Sorry for the delay AGAIN... RW is just mental ATM. So This round has a little change for the simple reason that a circuit where a lap takes just under 4 mins doesn't work with this format so i have made the decision to move it to a track that when doing testing here for S13 the other night the feedback was amazing... I can't see why it wouldn't be the same for a Gr.1 car... Please like to confirm your entry
Did a few laps last night and had alot of fun, awesome car and I like the circuit. Count me in Vardz.
I will come tonight, IF there is room and if reserves haven't taken the grid positions. I would prefer the reserves get in there, but if it comes down to it, and there isn't enough on the grid for a full grid start I will come along.
Actually this depends if I can even race! I was racing last night with Bathurst, trying for a last race, and it cut me out, wouldn't give me a NAT type, then once I did get it all back, when trying to connect with GT Network, it wouldn't let me... so all depends on that! Just remembered (bloody drinks sometimes )
My internet is out today in my street. I am hoping it returns before race time as I need to complete the software update? I potentially can hotspot but never tried it before other than for work/laptop etc.
Hot spotting certainly works for the Playstation - I was surprised at how well it held out for me when I needed to hot spot. That update is a pain in the but. I'm hoping they have a hot fix for it soon, as it certainly didn't help with anything... Caused us all delays and headaches restarting rooms etc last night.
