I'd be more concerned with post qual BoP changes before completely changing the track conditions rendering it all totally pointless and likely entirely unbalanced.

Hopefully for your sake motorsport stops racing in the rain irl because of the imbalance between setups

BoP'd classes regularly break down in the rain due to the change in grip and car balance.
The RR Porsche GT variants in IMSA and WEC were pretty unbeatable when it started to rain even if their dry pace was even or slightly off the class, most notably in IMSA (TUSCC at the time) winning Petit Le Mans overall in 2015 against 2nd generation Daytona Prototypes in incredibly wet conditions.
So thanks for playing, but nah mate this actually happens and it sucks to watch.
IRL you can't just enforce a wet BoP and hope it keeps raining, but we do have the luxury of understanding our fixed weather conditions.
