My first car was this from new, after driving the old mans EH ute for the 4 years prior. I had a 1.5 litre motor and extractors, i blew off a 2litre escort and a 76Torana ss hatch 4.2litre with it. It did 180k's/h top speed, ended up rolling it, got it repaired with a cut and shut new rear end and sold it to buy a v8 HZ which I drove for the next 7 years and in that time rebuilt a mild motor, resprayed and reupholstered, premier front end, GTR dash etc $$$ and more $$$.

WQ Fiestas are pretty solid but parts aren't cheap if something does go wrong, just what ever you do don't buy a Toyota econobox, on principle. :x

Got the yellow monkey off my back today. Woo' whooot!

With standard springs in it the inspector still thought it looked a little high but let it pass. It definitely isn't but I didn't mention perhaps it's the body lift giving him that impression, just in case.
He suggested maybe it was the shockies pffft what an idiot! They've got nothing to do with ride height unless they're bottoming out, geez I can compress them in my hands!

PS: I drive an '09 FG XR6, and it's FOR SALE. Any takers.. Silver, 19" Allows,Tinted windows, 30,000km, Excellent Condition.

I'm anti toyota too, especially camrys. They might go forever but their sedans and hatches are the definition of uninspiring (supra and other such sports cars)

It might be because I'm always seeing camrys ignoring most the road rules.

That said my parents have a prado and hilux and my inlaws have a camry and prado :(

    2006 I got myself a 2001 Integra Type R in black. It's my 3rd car and my 3rd Honda!
Haven't driven it much at all in the last 2-3 years... it's down in Victoria, good ol mums looking after it.
It remains factory spec till this day.

Had some great drives in and around Sydney, up to the Blue Mountains, Palm Beach and down to mum's in Victoria many times.

Here she is! the first real pic of it. November 2006 outside my flat, early morning when I was on the way to a Honda Service Centre for it's first service...

Lovely little car and with the leather seats its really comfy as well.

Would love to get a 2nd car, possibly a S13 or 180 and make it up as a track/drift car.

Fryz, thats the 1.8T yeah? If you havent already, go spend ~$1k and get a chip from GIAC or APR and it will be even more fun. I'm pretty sure APR can give you a trial for free, they flash the ECU so that it runs the performance profile for 48 hours or something then reverts to standard tune.

G'day blokes, I'm very much an M enthusiast. Daily driver is an E39 black V8 M5. Also have an E28 M5 just turned classic. Then.... A classic old 2002 Group 5 replica and a Lotus Exige ex Lotus Trophy Challenger.
My 2 wheel mode is a 2009 GSX1300R Hayabusa :) The E39 isn't in the game unfortunately nor is the E28 but the Lotus Elise 111R is the same running gear as the Exige and very very similar in character as is the 2002. They all put huge smiles on my face!! :)))))))))))) see? :)

Firstly, Koastr, Beau, how are you blokes still alive?

    Secondly, Pagone, envious mate, haha!

Lastly, I drive a BAII XR6 Turbo, and ride a Husky TE250, the bike is out of action at the moment and I'm forking out for a wedding so it's on the backburner for a bit, I actually looked at picking up a new TC449 recently but yeah, wedding, atleast I won't be getting a facefull of death for a while, not via motorcycle accident anyway, after my wedding I'll be trying to convince the missus to allow me to spend my own hard earned on a new F6 Falcon, wish me luck.
