Try a front wheel drive like the Clio sport yes they are slow but will be interesting to see how people can adapt to the different driving style required to be fast in front wheel drive. (Would love to be able to help test but the beach at airlie is too good)
Had a drive of all the suggested cars again this arvo. Still not a fan of the V8, It's just lifeless, big and boring. They are great to watch on the TV, but just feels a bit ugh every time i drive it on PCARS. The LMP's if we're still including them feel solid and enjoyable to drive. They have a great top speed and are fairly stable if you drive them sensibly, try and drive them a bit more slidey and they snap on you so quickly you don't have a chance to catch them, which is something to be wary of when the tyres start to go. Both open wheelers are great to drive, and they are my first preference. So much grip and your able to chuck it in and watch it stick. Absolutely want to drive one of them net season The escort really annoyed me. The handling was poor, the brakes very poor and worst of all it had so much understeer stock. Do not want to drive that at all The sierra was a lot of fun actually. Not quite the same levels of grip of the openwheelers, but still a fair bit of grip. Open Wheelers are still my first preference, but the sierra is probably my second favourite now. Still keen to run the Ginetta Jnr if there's enough support for it, its a car we should all be familiar with as it's the car we all did our time trial div placement laps in. I find it great to drive, good on both controller and wheel (i speak about that from experience), and all in all a great car to race in
How many people are still on controller. The Sierra is good fun when I have driven it before but I think people on controller will not be happy with lack of throttle control and snap oversteer when boost comes on.
I'll be on tonight if anyone's interested in doing some running. I'll probably be starting with the sierra, the more I drive it the more I love it
will hope to join you mate.....been a huge 3 days for me at work so havent had the chance to get on.... Lots of sierra love i see, will have another crack tonight
I wonder why.... Love the Sierra, requires such a Fun driving style!! V8SC does nothing fun for me personally.
