no worries, I'll see if I can get on also. Yes there is a driving line. i used it at first also, you can set it so it only appears just before the corner
We'll map all your buttons too, so you can change from cockpit view. should be a default button, but mapping to your own liking is best.
I'm finding my way around with trial and error. I just did a lap of Zolder in the Lotus 72, #$^$ how did they drive those things, I have even more respect for Emerson Fittipaldi now.
can you at least just jump in a party chat and use a controller for a bit? or do you need to turn everything off?
It won't be the GOTYE one then. If you open the PlayStation Store from your PS4 home screen and search for Project Cars it'll take you to the Pcars store page. From there you should see an Add-ons option, hit that and you'll see all of the DLC's for the game, within that DLC list you'll see all of the free car DLC's that they released, the V8SC will be there. Just "buy" it (no cost of course), download it, and it'll install and be available the next time you open up the game. I'm pretty sure you can access the DLC's from within the game itself too. Going back to your earlier questions, you can change views as long as you have a button assigned to do so. Go to the Options section, then select Controls from within the Options menu. There are a few pages there, one of them should be called Edit Assignments, you can check which button is used to change view in there. You'll also find an option to enable driving line in one of the other options sections.
Hoping to jump on tonight to get some solid miles in this car, I have the G29 too so happy to help out if I can. The setup that Beau put up (does someone know the link to the post?) is a good starting point, I've only tweaked the steering sensitivity and force feedback strength to my liking from that.
That'll be a no....it's like a little kid with a big new gadget, doesn't have a clue why to do PS Plus will let you play online, give you free games each month that you keep as long as you have an active subscription (this month we have until dawn and Telltale's game of thrones) Go to the tab above the applications and all the way to the left where the Big Yellow Plus symbol is and that'll be where you can buy a ps plus (12month is cheaper in the long run)
