yeah i get that and thats why i said to take it with a grain of salt. I'd hate to be the person making the call on these things cos its a PITA lol. but im happy to agree to disagree. at the end of the day its about having a good time, and for me, i have a good time driving fast cars. thats just me. as ive said, ill be extremely tempted if its an LMP but ill be racing GT6 if not, just for something different. you will never please everybody, that much is clear.
The ginetta will be boring just like the mx5 season in gt6 ages ago. Still voting for the v8 because you actually have to drive it can't just floor it out of every corner. The escort is fun too. Not keen on the open wheelers gets real sketchy when pushing the limits.
yeah, should be on again tonight for a run....if people are around would like to do a few 6-8 lap races in the different cars (FC, V8 and Escort esp) to see how they go in a pack..... my impressions so far..... Escort - tried the other night but for some reason my wheel lost all feel like it did a week ago in the gulf....undecided V8 - dont mind it, not as much of a handful when once you get used to the brake zones and torque on corner exit. FC - was a good car i though but havent been able to race in a pack yet.... Gulf - felt ok, pretty sketchy in the rear though on cold tires and a full tank LMP1 and 2 - Fast and well stuck to the ground...pretty stale to drive though. G40 - Great little car, very slow though, and maybe a little boring in a small grid or if you end up on your own.... Clio cup car - Pile of ! Seems that 'most' people are leaning towards either the FC, V8 or escort.......hope to make a decision by mid next week guys so we can then move on to the track list and regs .....
I'll be on tonight as well Edit-Also tried the formula gulf today, and have a new found hatred for it. I'm always getting either the rear snapping away or the front end becoming completely useless mid corner
