hard to tell from only one viewpoint, but looks like the door was open, and you didn't seem to brake late enough to run wide even if you didn't make contact, which could've been caused by the turn in from Rae if he wasn't expecting you there
Looks like a good pass. Rae was caught napping I think. You were always making the corner with that move, @robin edwards just didn't see it coming.
Seeing the replay, I do think I was a fair bit out of control when the contact was made as I’d just bounced off the wall, so would’ve had no issue at all if there was no redress.
It’s almost like a backwards controversy. Rather than everyone blowing up that you didn’t redress, it’s almost you blowing up that you should have. Hahaha. Not a common trait for Motorsport I wouldn’t think.
I was quite happy to see that even though we have a diverse spread of speed and skill. What I also found interesting was that even though you dominated the last race, you still wouldn't of won any of the other divisions through your race time. In the mix sure for a top 3 finish in D2 and 3, but this track / car suit you.
bloody big willow is a hard track to find the limits.....seen enough dirt to last the rest of the season already
had a run yesterday arvo til the air intakes clogged with dust. might not get much practice on the weekend coz the targa great barrier reef is on. also might have a new wheel and pedals so anything could happen
I did my first laps of it last night after a few drinks...was keeping pace with @Hihatjoe and @Ozglenn...well almost.
just understood your context emmo, i'm a week ahead of myself. forgot about the break for fathers day
I am getting ready for this weekends Gr4 Hi Tec race, You will have 6 BOP point advantage over me so I will need plenty of practice.
This track seems to be my seasons goals bellwhether...haven't been here every season, but still. Series 1 goal - get consistant. Learn pit strat. Series 2 goal - stop crashing. Bought T300 and learnt wheel driving in last round at Bathurst. Series 3 goal - stop being so conservative. Push harder. Series 4 goal - stop crashing. Get enough practise to make own strategy. Series 5 goal - start reviewing own and others replays to improve.
