    Looks like SH x5 | Fuel x6 to me. Surely the organisers wouldn't change things at the last minute without informing everyone... :whistling:

    its only a test night so why not. testing so far has apparently shown a dislike for SH and long tire life. To give the car the best chance of a valid test nite i reckon we should drive on sh and sm with high wear rates. maybe qually and start on sm on x15 with sh mandatory after the pitstop. give people some time to get used to the car then have a go with sh after the pitstop.
    personally i like the slidey and low wear but i can see the benfit in having half (1/3) of a race on the better tyre to see how it goes.

    I like that idea but I'd run it the other way around and start with SH tyres. I say that because I think more people will find the SM tyres boring after doing a decent stint on SH. If they go the other way SH tyres will feel "too difficult" after SM. Basically I want it done so more people pick my preferred option :roflmao:

    OK!!! I have had a last minute change of heart on how we are going to run the practice nights

    There is A LOT of discussion of tyre choice and wear rate etc so...


    Each night will be 3x 15 mins races with 3 DIFFERENT compounds and x1 wear

    This way, we can try the car with different tyres and find what we like best, then when season car is selected, we can play with wear rates

    So for tonight's MX5 TC races, we will run:
    Race 1 - SH
    Race 2 - SS
    Race 3 - RH

    thanks everyone who could partake tonight, hopefully you were able to get in some decent laps on each compound to see which ones you did or didn't like

    If room captains could upload the screenshots so we can adjust rooms/divisions for next sunday, that would be greatly appreciated
