Contact 1 is caused by white turning in on green. There is plenty of space for white to stay wide, white has not even left half of the track open for green. Green has not outbreaked and is on target for a normal apex. Inside line has track position.
Conclusion - unredressed contact resulting in pass, warranting of a penalty to white.

This decision is being Appealed

Appeal - Decision by Koastr
Contact 2 green is at fault. Although green is off the throttle there is no evidence of trying to brake to avoid the contact (not saying it was deliberate, but more could have been done to avoid). Further there's no evidence white has brake checked, just run slightly deep so couldn't pick up the throttle as early.
Conclusion - unredressed contact resulting in pass, warranting of a penalty to green.

both incidents are judgement errors by the attacking driver, and while not deliberate, it has left the defending driver disadvantaged through no fault.

The lead car can pick their line into a corner and the onus is on the car attempting a pass to make it clean, however the lead car cannot suddenly change direction or brake suddenly. It was determined that by moving during the braking zone was the contributing factor in this incident.

BVRacing re-entered track in front of Team_Little_Bear, effectively redressing the incident.
