    Room Opens and Practice Starts : 7:45pm Qual : 8:15pm race : 8:25

    Its advised you try and join at least 10 min prior to qual incase any issues. (All times Are Eastern Daylight savings times)

    TIRE REGS

    RACE SOFT AND RACE HARD TIRES. (The only compulsory compound is RACE HARD, you dont have to run the soft)

    Pit lane will be CLOSED during the 10 minute qualifying

    YOU MUST RUN 1 STINT ON RACE HARDS IN THE RACE, meaning if you qualify on the HARDS you DON'T need to pit for the softs if you don't want to. You can no stop and try to get to the end on the hard compound.

    If you qualify and start on the softs, you MUST pit at some stage for RACE HARDS to finish the race.

    I won't be able to make this Friday night. This Sunday night is looking unlikely for me as well. :(

    Xanavi GT-R for me, as I have 2 RC cars with that shell.
    I'm happy to host too.

    I'm suggesting the usual race start time of 8:30pm AEDT. AEDT starts 7 Oct. Maybe we should have a show of hands who do not observe daylight saving.
    I'm in Adelaide, so ACDT.

    I would also like to drive the Xanavi, but I'm happy to change to even things up if need be.

    Ok guys I'm back in div 3 this season as I understand it and I just wanted to say I'd like to use the Yellow Hat GT-R as its my favourite colour as most of you would know

    Can every1 start putting their name/s and car you will be using in for Season 9 so it not a big rush to get it done at the last minute.

    START DATE

    14th of Octomber is the first round, which is only 2 weeks away

    So if your name is NOT in the FIRST POST please post if you are IN or NOT

    As per my Div 2 post, XANAVI for me please :)

    Also, quick question, from what i am reading above, you must start the race on the tyre you qualified with?
    And, in testing, does the RH last alot longer than the RS? I remember from previous racing, the longevity of RS to RH was almost the same.

    Hi cj, yes, you start the race on the tire you qualify on. If that is the soft, you must pit and run the hard tire at some stage.

    If you start on the hard, you don't need to pit, you can run right to the end. (If you kill the hards though and need to pit, you would change to the soft)

    It won't be a huge issue at monza because its not hard on tires, but places like Suzuka, Tokyo, nurburg the strategy will be very interesting.

    yep, thats right spooner.

    Make sure you have the captain on your friends list so you can enter the room. On the first night you can easily friend request all the others in your division.

    Hopefully catch you online sometime this week for some prac

    Guys,

    The servers at PD are playing up at the moment and they are trying to get them right asap.

    Hopefully they get them sorted for sundays first round, but i wanted to give a heads up that if there are people getting booted from rooms still by sunday night, i may call a re-run for the first round for when the issue is resolved.

    Loo, I was considering changing to another car as we are Xanavi heavy but just noticed that I have somehow got 577km on this car now... And I have only used it in S9 practice :lol:

    That'll teach me to do a lot of prac when drinking a bottle of Bourbon, Barnesy style!!!
