Gran Turismo 7 Season 10 Division 3

We only managed to get 5 on the grid this week and it looked like it was going to be a boring 45 lap parade. @doodah27 had already sealed the division championship but there were five of us within six points of each other battling for the runner up positions, two of them didn't turn up so there were three of us in contention. I made the race more interesting for myself by jumping the start and dropping from pole to third. A few really good laps followed as I battled to get second off @Steve Neilson and managed it after a few laps but then called on my great talent for putting it in the fence and I did that twice, on the same lap I think. That put me back to last (5th) about 22 seconds behind leader Doodah, I caught @Easyprey007 and he moved aside to let me through unchallenged, thanks easy, and I set about chasing @boneslightning who was holding down third. I was about 15 seconds back and I think I got it down to about 10 or 11 before we pitted. After the stops I was only about 5 seconds back and after a few laps I caught him and then we had a fantastic battle for a number of laps until a pass attempt put him into the grass and I had to redress. I got by him soon after as I later found out he had less grip after his off. It was a very exciting race for me.
I hope to race with this field again.
