I think a few guys were commenting it was strange that you were ahead of them etc when you were showing on the line (but then later on once people were pitting etc) people mentioned you were moving around the track. I think I saw you in P8 at one point (again wondering how the game was managing that LOL). Might pay to give the ps5 a restart prior to racing just to freshen it all up for the races I guess.
Wow, ok. That makes sense actually. I was trying to play another game after but was having trouble joining private lobbies. Restarted the ps5 and it was fine. Must've had an internet or connection glitch. There was no indication during the race that anything was wrong. So anyone that hit me didn't know they were hitting me. Did you guys at the back notice my position changing from 9th-6th and back?
No way did I think I would need to restart it, I hadn't turned it on all day until 10 minutes into practice
Hmmm strange... not sure then. I guess if you're in chat next time it might be easier to diagnose perhaps, though we didn't notice an issue until end of Lap 1.. fingers crossed all good for next time!
Yeah, I was looking for the party but couldn't find it. I wasn't in the group. I've been added now. I wasn't avoiding chatting. I had my earbuds in the whole race from trying to join
I don't think that's really necessary personally, unless others have a real/valid reason for objection. You still ran your race and the game appeared to identify that, it's just for whatever reason some (maybe all?) couldn't see you.
I'll try remember tonight unless @Dybo can sort it before. Not sure if either of us got the Quali though.
Sorry guys, no quali results, so if anyone has a screenshot of that, please post. Otherwise work off of starting grid for the race as per below. Race results & Fastest Lap Not used to having to grab these myself so I'll do my best to jump on the next ones. Edit: Honestly why can this thing not embed from imgur... I managed to squeeze past you on the first lap, then you where on my tail the whole race, and kept me honest and focused... it was a really good race. I honestly expected you to be ahead after you waited an extra lap to pit. i had a couple of little mistakes... but each time i had created a little buffer that covered my arse. onto the next race!
Yes, I saw you sitting on the starting line for at least the seven or eight laps as i came around. I thought something must have happened at home to cause you to leave the game immediately after qualifying. The game showed me that you were in last position for all of this time. But then you jumped up to the position ahead of me when I came out of the pits after refueling - it didn't make any sense to me at all.
