Cars to be used are dependent on the division you were in for the season 12 league. If you weren't in season 12 you will get the Div 3 car by default.

Delta time: 1:50.000 Div 1. 1:50.300 Div 2. 1.50.800 Div 3. (0.5 pt for every lap under your delta time). If tragedy strikes and you find yourself back in the boonies, points can still be gained by hot-lapping.
