    I've just read that they used Nicholas Hamilton to assist in development...ummm...his claim to fame is driving Clio Cup (along with being Lewis' brother...).
    Plus it uses a NFS engine...hmmm...

    Note that the Steam preorder nets you the additional Limited Edition cars for free (but obviously no steel book, etc).
    The plan is to eventually make those extra cars available to everyone, I may have even heard for free. Just don't know what the time delay will be.
