That was great fun Emmo. I think heavy damage is just too harsh of a penalty in my opinion. Especially when the race doesn't require all that many stops. It'd be quite frustrating to have to pit only for damage - at least with light damage it's a 'shorter' penalty but there is still some consequence at least.

It's too inconsistent too, my touch with BJ wasn't a head on collision just a touch and yet gave me full engine damage. I can understand some wheel damage you might nurse for a few laps until you are ready to pit, but can't really continue on 50% of engine performance.
I actually hope this gets improved in GT6 TBH.
