Hi all just recently 2 out of my 3 GTX680's decided to give up ( my fault played around over clocking them ). So i have been looking for a new graphics card. My problem is i only have 3 old DVI monitors and am concerned about running Displayport to DVi adapters as it may add latency. I would also like to go back to a single cards as SLI can be a pain it the but at times. This is the reason for wanting a GTX980ti Has any one had any experience with this.
I can't see adapters creating any unbearable issues. The 980 TI sounds like the best single-GPU card to get right now. You could ask or research further at a site such as TomsHardware or Guru3D
cheers for the reply I did a lot of reading and wound up buying 3 displayport monitors as i couldn't be sure. Plus triple 28's should be Kewl
