cheers for the race guys, was fun.... Sorry we left so abruptly but we all wanted to get home to see the start of the Spa 24h, well, sadly I think that's the last endurance race on Pcars for us, the team took to it like a chook to a naked flame, whilst the new drivers aren't new to driving we wound up looking like morons, we had wheel bugs with the G29 throughout the event, but we made a drinking game out of it, we had fun and we all dearly miss this style of endurance racing, however as a team we wont be back in that car and possibly platform, well done to the guys that won and thanks V8 for putting it together,
One thing I have to say is Emu is the champ here , He put in a 48 lap stint in the rain (three Cougars ?) and had a bit more speed on me , I was racing from the John Bowe hand book , in slow , fast out , park it on the apex . Bring on the next one .
NORDSCHLEIFE or NURBURGRING COMBINED for the next race in November the only thing we need to work out is will we run the V8Supercar again or look at something a bit different
Well as far as German cars go we have Audi BMW Grumpet Mercedes-Benz RUF Might have to do some testing
Many many thanks for the kind coments. It was the most fun ive had on this game. Was doing loads behind the scenes working out times and laps etc so missed a few blue flags, for that i appoligise . felt guilty on some ocaisions as it sounded like i was picking on V8 and pride as they got caught up inbetween pitstops which meant they got blue flagged quite a few times. How you guys all managed to complete the race is amasing. Was long and hard. Felt for emu/juzzy as they pitted three laps before the heavens opened and therefore lost a pitstop in time. Then shot themselfs in the foot trying to make up for it by second guessing and going out on slicks for a few laps to early. Was without a doubt the reason they lost the race as wet weather consistancy was fantastic compared to the rest of the field. Unlucky lads. Big congrats to team kart. Was an absolute storming finnish, which included the lap record i believe. Team glen and team killer both were unlucky to miss out on a good finnish. Again i beleive pitstops might have been a part of it as they both looked good for a fight to the end for most of the race. I reckon all should chuck in for a new blade for prides car as he surely blunted his cutting the lawns so much. Never before have i seen a car leave the track so much to let front runners past under blue flags . Lol. A bit to polite me thinks ;-) . A great morning was had so again thanks for letting me be part of it. If the legend that is the ring, is next track up, then feck being on the side lines. That one for sure i am driving. If i have to do it alone i dont care. Thanks again Was great fun.
The combined track is awsome.. And in the RUF would no great, I'm very interested... @GlenAlz81 how about you? @TDZdave
