Once the car is CONFIRMED we will look at wear etc......track list will be pretty easy, am starting to get a good idea already if it gets up Will be online tonight from 9:30 for some testing
So true. If he can drive it then so should we, with or without understeer. Maybe as a sign of solidarity and respect for Mint we should restart this final vote????
Autumn Ring long, Trial Mountain Reverse, Nurburgring GP/F and finally Apricot Hill Reverse get my votes for the Subi
Autumn ring Long Reverse is a lot fun... The boys were saying Bathurst was awesome too. Plenty of options with this car... Tight twisty or open and fast... you can do it and enjoy them all
Special stage Route 5, Deep Forest, the mountain one with a jump after the start line and 4 hairpins in a row (eiger nordwand?), grand valley, NOT anything at willow springs, autumn ring long
My idea. Season 7 - That's Imprezive Round 1 - Fuji F Round 2 - Indy Road Round 3 - Circuito di Roma Reverse Round 4 - Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit Round 5 - Red Bull Ring (sprint) Round 6 - Silverstone Full (wet) Round 7 - Circuit de la Sarthe (enduro) It has 7 countries (Japan, US, Italy, Aus, Germany, UK, France) has a street track and a wet event
I'd personally like to see tracks that haven't been used in ages be given a run. Grand Valley and Laguna Seca have been done to death. We tried Trial Mountain Reverse, Autumn Ring Reverse and Special Stage Route 5, last night and they were fantastic, and all 3 have not been used in nearly 3 years. A wet round at Mid Field Reverse would be sweet, if there's any car that would be fun in the wet, this would be it. Bathurst is a must too.
Not that i'll be participating but if matterhorn or ascarii were to ever be used in a season race then the impreza would be the car to do them in.
yep rome would be good, imho it would suck at sarthe. it just doesn't have enough pace to be exciting on a long track. Even up mountain straight i feel like getting the riding crop out the window and giving it a gee up. If slipstream was strong that might add enough for me to like it on a long track
i'd like to see autumn ring full on the calendar, it has a good flow to it. trial mountain would be awesome too. bathurst would be fun for the enduro. maybe Rome for the sprint round, would prefer forwards over reverse as i think it flows better that way. Nurburg GP circuit is a lot of fun too in the subi. don't think Sarthe would work, its just a long circuit that wouldn't work in such under powered cars such as the subi
i can imagine drifting downhill into the tunnel on a wet midfield reverse...that would be a spectacle
probably more like only suggesting 3 tracks instead of a full 7...many people only mentioning one track...
