Another disappointing race for me, this season has had a similar feel, hit the invisible wall while in P2 on lap 2, and it was all over from there.

Tried to battle back but was always off the pace, when I couldn't do much else I pitted and tried to go for FL but pit crew decided I'd like an extra 30 litres of fuel with 7 laps to go.

Well done to all, another great season of good racing with good blokes, hope to see a lot of you next series. I'm off to Europe, this time next week will be driving a Formula 3000 around Abu Dhabi and hopefully have a few laps around 'The Ring' in a couple of weeks time.

Sorry guys i bailed out. I am way to much of an alcoholic these days and my fastest lap was more than a second off most of your times. After 10 laps running by myself i threw in the towel.

Well that was a lot more fun than I thought it would be!
Got pole but had my usual average start, fell behind Mikebike at launch and then lost out to Blindman on the apex of T1. Lost out to jim on the opening lap also somewhere along the line. Followed him closely until next lap he hit an invisible wall taking me and 4 or 5 others off in one foul swoop!
Came back in 8th and slowly made my way back to the podium.
A few average laps with a bit of racing somewhere in between I managed to get past SPL into second! Until I had a little half spin with 2 laps to go in T4.......
3rd is still a great result, I think I have a full race win advantage over 2nd for the championship with 2 rounds to go. So hopefully I can have a clean race in Spain to take the title!
No doubt CAGME will be slightly disappointed if I don't.

I'm so happy for an unexpected 2nd place after starting 4th. While mike and blindman drove off into the distance I was left battling with AO and Zharvrs. Luckily I was in front of Jim when he hit the wall and I started to reel in blind man. We had a few battles fighting for position but when he went wide at the final turn it gave me an easy pass.

I was holding onto second place with AO catching me but after touching the grass under braking into turn 3 I went off into the weeds letting him past. With a few laps to go I got up on AO and went to pass on inside as he ran wide at turn 4, as he rejoined the track I was sure I touched his rear corner and he spun into the wall. I wasn't sure if he was already out of control or if I caused it so I pulled up and waited for him to redress. We had such a big finish building up for second place and I didn't want it to go down like that.

Using his slipstream I caught up again and stuck my nose down the inside of turn 1 and made it stick after he gave me heaps of room. Unfortunately he spun soon after behind me and I cruised home for the last 2 laps for a comfortable 2nd place.

Congrats to @mikeruntbike for the dominant win and to AO for a good battle for the podium places.

i think that puts me and @SPL Racing even on points after drop round

It was the 2nd wall and it gave me another full tank of fuel it wasn't worth it to keep on going .
