@COME_AND_GET_ME7 , next week you need to inform us when the actual quali starts, as it screwed a lot of people over.
Anyway here's my race report: As i said above, a lot of us were caught out by the confirmation of the start of quali, so when i set my first lap (Which somehow was also the pole lap) i actually backed out of it on the exit of the final turn, so it probably could have been a 17.
The start of race 1 was a absolute mess, i got a bad start due to the gearing ratio on the GT-R, and to be safe i didn't want to move left in-case someone was coming through the middle, but AO kept getting close and closer and eventually hit me braking something in the rear i think as it was crabbing before the braking area. Emu put a move down the inside, but on the exit i had no where to go as emu ran out wide to the kerb while we still had an overlap which did some damage to the front bumper but i wasnt worried, i knew it was an accident and i was pretty confident i could catch him later if the damage wasn't too bad but 100m down the road Juzzy squeezed in between me and Fries and ended up turning me into the wall resulting in more damage, just another racing incident i guess, but i did use Juzzys favorite word when it happened lol. So, with the damage i had i couldn't do much, and ended up ben smithing through Eau Rouge, getting a 10s penalty, as i tried to serve it on the far right of the Kemmel straight Blindman thought i was defending and smashed my rear quarter sending me flying into the guard rail, probably my fault though as i didn't lift off till he was quite close and i didn't check my mirror before i did. Ended up P11.
Race 2: Didn't set a very good lap in Quali by my standards, but i managed to start on pole again but i bogged down again and ended up getting swamped into T1, sat in 3rd, and just when my car was starting to come alive i made side on contact with AO which broke something in the front, and i had to lift majorly through Eau Rouge, and the next lap i under steered with all the aero damage, but i was given a 10s time penalty which let Sickskillz past even though he cut the track with me.
@Clinton i believe it is your track choice this week?
Also from what i understand, the car selection system works so that the people with the least points get first pick at the cars, so i dont know why I'm getting teased for choosing a "fast" car even though I'm following the rules, and look at my results tonight, did i dominate because i drove the GT-R?
