I'd like to confirm my entry. I was waiting to see what gt sport was like but looks like they are releasing a beta. Providing my internet is up for it this time around
Hated the first one, but after a few sessions during the week count me in. Straight to the lowest division please. Enjoying it so far and will be on again tonight. Still going to get GT Sport though and will probably join that as well.
@stucar17 the 2 hours of Bathurst went well mostly but would suggest some league length races to test the "game" out...
yep you actually have to stop in the pits yourself, not auto like it used to be. Basically i had a drive through on my 1st pitstop, cost me big time. so in the end i ran my tyres longer to make up 1 stop. lesson learned and fuel can be up to 112 not like before so now fuel is different to manage , 2 things i learned from the race which did change my ending position. oh well this a learning curve for the season to come. thanks for the racing guys , i enjoyed it very much. Go scottie for tomorrow or any ford!
That's a selectable option, you can either have auto pit stops like the first game or have full manual control. I think most guys (myself included) prefer having manual control as it adds to the immersion of the game, it seriously caught me out the first time I did it though.
never was aware it was a choice in the 1st game. it was set to auto from day 1 didnt know otherwise. pc2 is set to manual by default which i do like indeed would never go back to auto. still did not know regardless and caught me out tonight.
Is there anyone that hasn't and won't be getting pc2 and wants to run pc1. This hasn't been mentioned since the intro of pc2.
Good call Ant... Entries for 4 divs now that we have 49 but if there is those that do not have PC2 3 divs is still an option
Absolutely Blue.... Just not on soft compound hey @stucar17 cannot believe I was over 3 secs a lap slower on soft comps... maybe the pressures caused this.... I qualified with a 1'46'6 my only flying lap was a 48'5 before I pitted for the softs and then 2.5 to 3 secs was as close as I could get
