Cheers,no not good,but for what happened,necessary,scary how fast it came on though.At 3am my normal tonsilitis sore,by 5am in hospital with tube down throat. When i got the tube out and could walk around yesterday,was feeling sorry for myself,but a wander through the kids wing put things back in perspective very quickly! I'm lucky it was just antibiotics,& sedated for a few days with a tube in to breath,nothing compared to some of the bravest kids i've ever seen. One of them,a boy named Joel has One of the worst types of leukaemia,and just acted like it's all good,don't stress,i'll be fine when i get a donor! "wanna race me to the operating theatre,i know the quickest way!" Just about floored me,not knowing whether to laugh or cry! So please,if it's not against your religion,donate your organs when you die,you can save 6-10 lives!

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I normally drive like this too. But it was just super distracting this time, maybe because I run bonnet cam instead of the usal cockpit view for this car, the outside noises are amplified. You can imagine how hard it is to drive into Turn 1 concentrating on your speed so you don't go building sandcastles then there is this almighty loud schreeching noise from the lapped car. As I said, I started to pass the ghosts like they were solid cars, but in the end I just wanted to get away from them as quickly as possible to get the noise away.

Well explained Stu i moved out of the way about 15/20 times & run off the track trying to get out of the way a few times
i think some of the faster drivers just dive up the in side ok if they do it but not the slower drivers. they could pick some better
places to passi know no one wants the car on the same lap to catch up & maybe pass in all divisions.for us slower
drivers its very hard to go as fast as we can & watch the car map rear vision mirrorbut we do the best we can
a bit of give & take would go down good for all

Something that helps is to change your map scale down to 1,2,or 3.It means you can't see the whole track,but if you think about it,why do you need to see an arrow or 2 on the pit straight at suzuka,when you're at the Degna corners?For some tracks scale 1 is too close,you'll have no car behind,but be able to see them waving at you in your rear view mirror! I use scale 2 for most tracks,& you can see people alongside you in your peripheral vision,without "specially"lifting your eyes. I find scale 1 is best for short,tight tracks,i.e Autumn mini,Tsukuba,etc. I only move it to 3 for Daytona nascar racing,where it is helpful to know where the leaders are.

I've only recently discovered that using a wheel you can peek to either side...not really feasible on a controller! Sound like such a noob...LOL

AND MAKE SURE YOUR FAMILY KNOWS,SO MANY USEFUL ORGANS THAT THE OWNER(THE DEAD PERSON)HAS SAID TO DONATE ON THEIR LICENCE OR THE ORGAN DONOR REGISTRY GO TO WASTE BECAUSE SOME FAMILY MEMBER THAT PROBABLY HASN'T SPOKEN TO YOU IN 20YRS DOESN'T BELIEVE IN IT, STOPS THE WHOLE PROCESS AND SENDS YOU TO YOUR GRAVE,WITH YOUR BITS & PIECES INTACT FOR WORM FOOD!!!!!! SO REMEMBER, IF YOU REGISTER AS A DONOR,MAKE SURE YOUR FAMILY IS CRYSTAL CLEAR ABOUT YOUR WISHES. EASY WAY TO TALK THEM AROUND IF THEY'RE RESISTANT IS TO LIKEN IT TO CREMATION OR NOT,WOULD THEY BURY YOU WHOLE,IF YOU WANTED TO BE CREMATED?

That's the view you get on the 4th & 5th screens if you get 5xPS3's,5xGT5discs,a special hub & 5xscreens!

i tried 3 screens with 3 PS3's but you could not race with it online..

but i am yet to see any one start of racing for real or in a game at number 1 & know all the tricks but we all try
& want to win & some of us get it wrong good or bad drivers

PS when you get laped as meany times as me you are looking in rear view mirror more times then out the windscreen

I have organ donor on my license too, pretty sure I wont be needing them if im 6ft under :/
