GT6 [COMPLETED-18/04] Jono's Fully Boosted Mayhem! (ANZGT Tribute Race)

Here's a little event that is a sneaky tribute to out mates at ANZGT, who enjoy a "different type" of racing. It is also to fill the week gap between Rounds 2 and 3 of State of Origin. (Friday 18th April)

Tyres: Racing Soft
Wear and Fuel: Off
Laps: 4
Time Progression: 46
Boost: High
Slipstream: High
Qualifying: N/A, reverse grid based on Division positions
Race start: 8:30PM AEST

While obviously this event is quite tongue in cheek, I believe it will create some awesome racing where after half an hour of battle, literally anyone can win. A car as easy to drive as this will suit drivers of all skill levels.

Yeah, I put wheels on with 5 spokes and painted them red.

I ran one lap of the Nurb 24h track yesterday in the R32 and went off-track so many times (it doesn't help when you don't know the track and have to continually refer to the on-screen mini-map to know what's coming up.

In saying that the car is easy to drive and it was good fun throwing it around the corners (often with far too much speed).

Count me in for this race.
I'm sure I will round out the pack at the back of the field but it's all in the name of fun, right? LOL

I painted the car yellow with grey rims (#15, as usual)!
I might have to put in some practice tonight on the track to get my head around the layout - to minimise how badly I'll be trailling in last place

Yeah, I did some practice and I think because I've done so many laps of the track is why I don't make too many fatal errors, but, since I blew a 30 second lead on one of my Halloween races here, ANYTHING can happen.
