the NSX is @Viperzed 's locked in car so you will have to go something else unless he wants to choose something else.

Read the parent thread that was linked in the OP.
One line says: 'Tuning is open and the only restriction on cars is that they must be road cars (no concepts or specials like R390 road car etc)'

So if you are unsure, post the car and ask first...

the idea of ROOZ take i to the street, isn't to try and find the best car to dominate the opposition, but to choose a car you like and have fun.
for example, beau seems to love chevy's and so has chosen a chevy for each class he is racing in.
