AC [COMPLETED] Assetto Corsa Hotlap Challenge

Simple premise people. One car, one track - drive as fast as you can. Take a screenie and post it up to be added to the list. We will mostly be running modded cars and tracks to get an idea of how good they are (or aren't). From the time the challenge is posted you will have 2 weeks to get a time up.

Settings are as follows (obviously there is an honesty system with this, but most assists only help you go slower):
TCS and ABS - Factory (unless otherwise stated).
Stability Control - Off.
Mechanical Damage, Tyre Blankets, Fuel Consumption, Tyre Wear - Off.
Slipstream - 1x.
Time of Day - 10am.
Temp - 26 Deg.
Time Multiplier - 1x.
Track Surface - Optimum.
Penalties - ON (MUST BE ON!!)

Here's a starter time. Bloody handful, but I think Stu would like this car - vid coming!! Stock tune, but if you could make it more stable under brakes and allow the power to come on without swapping ends, there would be another 2 seconds in it.

I'm guessing you must snort pepper spray for fun after driving this combo lol

If you do this in Challenges > Hotlap mode, you can see a leader-board of times from your steam friends.
It helps verify penalties were on for the lap set, because that in game leader-board will not register times with penalties off.

Also note that with mechanical damage off you can over-boost without engine damage.
Hit the number 0 key (above P, not the keypad) to get 100% boost (default is 80%).

Basic tune only. 100% boost.
BB @ 69%. Tyre pressures down ~5psi rear, ~6psi front. ~35% diff decel. ~25% diff accel.

Bit more practise. Bit of setup fiddling. Still at the end of the day you just gotta grab this thing by the neck and drive it! Very squirly across the finish with this one!

Haha lol yea it was funny. I could feel your pain.
Actually I almost ended the night 1:01.192, just 0.001 behind your time!
I had thrown my toys a couple of times after being 0.1-0.2s up and it popping out of gear at crucial moments!
I gave it a couple more laps and put this together. There is definitely a bit more in it...... if you have the patience! I didn't have any more so I went to bed.

Fun indeed! Bit hard to read there Pete (even zoomed in res is low). Is that a 1:12.8xxx ?

Trust me, there are a few much more hectic laps in between the good ones!
And even some hectic inputs on the smooth looking laps Makes for great fun though doesn't it?!
