GT6 [Completed] Full Weather/Damage Series 2

Starting on 10/3

Room open Tuesday 8:30, 1 lap qualifying at 8:55 or once all accounted for.

3x15 min races per night (races 2-3 reverse grid) with full damage and a higher fuel/tire wear with 2 mandatory pitstops.
(enduro will be 1x 45min-1hr race)
(3 drop races, enduro counts as 3 races)

Each race will start at 80% weather and 0% track wetness with changeability of 10.

Possible points limiting based on driver divisions.

Early safety car system
For the first 2 minutes of the race, any driver who is the victim of a hit (lag or otherwise) and as a consequence spins or takes damage, may call a Safety Car (by typing SC into chat [MUST BE IN CHAT NOT MIC])
The car in first will slow to about 100kmh while any affected cars may pit and rejoin the queue.
There should be no passing under safety car (unless it happens in the pits)

safety car system will not be as it was previously if it is used. The basic idea is that for the first 2min, SC (safety car) can be called but after that it's tough luck. It's basically in case of early damage causing accidents off the start or lag punts when the field is bunched.

I need some suggestions on how much HP should be reduced for the power limiting based on division. Can anyone offer some assistance?
