It's time to start preparing for another State vs State, Mate vs Mate bloodbath. Series 2 of my State of Origin series will once again feature 3 races, just like the Rugby League matches, but this time the car will be a GT500 car, specifically, the Nissan GT-R GT500 Base Model '08. Tuning will be prohibited. Series commencement: 4/4/14. The races are once again going to be held on a Friday night, since it's practically the only night I can race, since inevitably Year 12 will take a higher priority over GT6. The races should start at around 8:30PM AEST. Races are going to be roughly and hour and 20 minutes long, with at least 150kms covered during the race. I've decided that Rome will become the series opener for all forthcoming editions of the series. Also depending on interest, with the number of new members it might be an option to open a 'Division' for all states, not just QLD, vs NSW, vs 'other' running their states represtentative colours. lets see if I can get this right. QLD = Maroon NSW = Light blue VIC = Blue Tas = Green SAU = Red WAU= Gold (black and gold) NT = Orange????
Same here, followed him since that P7 in quali for his first race. I was only 10 at the time, but there was something about him that made me like him. Here's hoping he pulls through and is able to enjoy his success with his family for many years to come.
That was the plan for Series 1, and if there is enough interest, that's exactly what will be happening. Provided of course there are enough drivers to fill that specific state. Otherwise there will be an extra Outsiders team.

I remember being around 3 or 4 years old sitting in front of the TV with my Mum in absolute awe of an elegant red Ferrari piloted by Michael Schumacher at Monza. It was there that I just fell in love with the sport, and became a colossal Schumacher fan.
Don't know my situation in April but ill race #1 Don't think its fair to the other states that QLD seems to hold most of the ROOZ Talent =P
