yup im in too! love the laguna track & these cars. i had a great time at the '98 Champcars event there & got close to Greg Moore's car for a close inspection in the pits early on the fri morning... there is a hill in the middle of the track which gives fabbo views of 75% of the track

My aim was to bring the different cars closer together in pace. The primary restriction is still PP, the power and weight restrictions are secondary and should not be treated as target specifications.

Dunno mate. @cola1001 and myself were going round pretty much the same pace in the same car. (Mx5). He might remember what times. They positively da bomb to throw around there thou.

As for div 1. Probably faster then us.

You're gonna be Div 1 this season so I wanna benchmark off ya, if I'm within 3 seconds at Laguna I'll be over the moon

So far had a run with mx5 high 45s. Old school rotor 5 seconds quicker.

The Modern Rotary category specifications have been modified to 500PP, max. 400bhp, min. 1150kg.

how come?

Some cars would not reach 500PP with the old restrictions.

well i'm within 2 seconds of that so expectations exceeded
