That was the first time I ever raced at Deep Forest and didn't enjoy it. I was running OK in race 1 having moved from starting 7th to be holding third place when I spun backwards into the pit entrance and had a drive through, I had some good battles later on with Rano but finished only 8th in race 1. In race two I was going OK following the lead pack of Div 5 drivers but then the div 3 guys came through from the back. One of them unsettled my car with a tap into turn 4 and the other finished me off by driving into my right rear and punting me off track. I got a 10th in race 2 and my combined points put me 9th.
Wish I could have seen you to enjoy the battle... You were the only one on track that were invisible... it appears a number of guys couldn't see you either.
It is the nature of the sprint round emmo ....hence my comment just prior to lights of being patient and waiting for your moment to pass instead of forcing the issue.... when the penalties are handed down the guilty parties will reflect on those words
Yeah I had a feelin you couldn't d see me after the prerace chatter, so took special care to pass you, I squeeked through on the run to turn two and there was a small bump and I have been wondering if you noticed it. Also if more people couldn't see me it may explain a few things that happened.
The car was almost always sideways (sometimes not on my accord either) so I probably didn't notice any touching. As long as I didn't ruin the race for you then I'm happy.
It wasn't a problem, you were nearly on line most of the time and It made it more interesting to wait for an opportunity to get past without contact. On the lap I got by you, you got a slow run out of turn one and I had a really good one so I was able to get up beside you on your left before the next left kink. As you moved to the racing line (which luckily for me wasn't up on the kerbs) I was able to keep my foot in and we touched a little side to side as you took your apex.
Does anyone have @@Crimj1985 and @@CPTNPEACH lap and race times form race 1 last night. I couldn't see them in race 1 (and they are my team mates)
