Yeah sorry, yet another thing on the list....just keeps getting longer ! Ummmm, i was going to run a time trial with them in a lobby one night and whoever the closest from GT6 runners and PCARS runners would win the wheel ....That was my idea....just havent had time to set it up..... Start now.......! This is how we will do it....... 1. I am going to come up with a lap time at DONNINGTON and the controller users can run in my room one night 2. we will do 10 laps, and each driver will let me know their time....... 3. Who ever has the CLOSEST time to the one i set will win the wheel.....1 wheel for the GT6 runners and 1 for the PCARS runners. Can you guys do FRIDAY NIGHT ? Just need time to run 10 laps each.....i will post the time in the mods thread for them to see.......If you cant run friday night let me know and we will come up with another time over the weekend Post below and let me know what works ....
@stucar17 you should do a lap of a track in pcars using a controller and someone else can do a controller lap of a track in GT6. then closest to the times of each platform gets a wheel each also rather than run it online one night. Just give everyone a deadline to PM you their time. Since it would be based on who get a closer time to you, if your time is secret then it is all a lucky draw anyway
I could fire up PS3 and do a lap of the mountain, but the ps3 lads would probs beat me pretty easy, but if it closest to my time then it might help a slower controller lad...
Getting a decent wheel for GT (PS3) users has gotta be cheaper easier than for PS4 users hasn't it? Wouldn't it make a lil bit more sense to give both away to PS4 players?
how about a lap of monza... it is in both games and has less undulation than tracks like bathurst/donington etc
my issue is, I haven't yet bought a ps4 as I have no use for one without a wheel. If I had a wheel however... also $$$...I do not have much. When GT Sport comes out I want to definitely get a PS4 if I can afford it...having to also get a wheel adds to the $$ stress.

Why not a straight up race on each game then involving those interested? Though it sounds weird that those who can use a controller well would get the wheel over those who can't, which makes the drawn from a hat idea better.
but considering you won't know the time set...it won't matter if you are faster or slower than it...it is whoever is closest...not fastest
well in my proposed way of doing it, you could do it however you want...but not sure which direction @stucar17 wants to go with this
Ok PCARS guys. Too much on my plate so let's do this. I have set a time around donnington, you have until next Friday to organize a time with me to get 5 laps In, which I will record. Who ever gets the closest to my time will win 1 of the T80 wheels. @seth123 @Viperzed @Dev1lman_87 @LITTLEBLACKO942 The gt6 guys can do a lap around Bathurst (if Clevo can fire up the PS3) and once Clevo sets a time, organise to run 5 laps with hike to record, closest to his time wins the second wheel. As someone said earlier, it's not the fastest lap, but closest to mine, which is a time that caters to the lower div drivers.
