The steering looks much more smooth then 2012, whether its because the person driving has mastered how to drive like that or the cars are actually that much more smoother to turn is still to be seen though. I hope thats the case as the smoothness of the other codie titles just turn me off the game, that and the lack of FFB makes it feel empty, Studio Liverpools 2006 and before titles still are far Superior to anything code masters has made yet I can see this might change though.
Is he maybe talking about when you get to full turn the FF just completely goes away, or have they fixed that since F1 2010/11?
pretty much, there is quite abit of movement then your steering too which makes it fustrating as the grip levels are a bit unpredictable.

Does anyone else think the engine sounds in CM F1 titles are a bit average? I really love the games, they are heaps of fun, but I've yet to hear a game that has REALLY cracked the engine notes properly. Even GT5 has pretty average sounds. When Evolution Studios did F1 back in 2006, the sounds were pretty good, but still not as good as I think they could be. I'm being quite picky, but I enjoy the whole experience of gaming, and particularly in racing games, the soundtrack is a huge part of that experience.
Rfactor has a few F1 mods that nails the sounds pretty well, there is a 1992 mod that nails the Ferrari V12 sound really well. But its kinda sad that these huge companys can't get similar levels of sound quality even though they have more more resources at their disposal, GT5s sounds are just dreadful imo, but its not over exaggerated like Forza, even though i do prefer Forzas sounds to GT5.
The sounds in Need for Speed: Most Wanted are better! The Impreza STi Cosworth and Zonda R sound truly magnificent in that game...don't know why the other guys seem to struggle...like you say Mustafur, plenty of resources flowing around CM, PD and the like.
Nooooooo! It had a V12, not a V10! I just want to hear the best engine noise ever in the game, not a stock Renault V10...
I Iike the V12 but at the time they were only reving to about 13k in the early 90s, the 20k rpm V10s in the mid 2000s where screaming to the point you had a heart attack lol.
