    After tallying the suggestions in the car discussion thread, the 911 RSR was the obvious standout but I will put up the most popular cars for the vote.

    You of course may vote as soon as you want, but it might be better to wait and test the cars once the game is released.

    I haven't Driven the 458 but out of those that i have the Beetle is easily the best imo.

    Although the Cayman might produce better racing being Gr.4.

    meet and greet will be 29 october.
    that leaves a week of car testing and with the choices narrowed down, means less work

    there is plenty of time for a more in-depth car selection process for season 2!

    The RSR is the most stable out of all those cars which was quite helpful in overcoming the current lack of in-game support for Fanatec wheels (no force feedback/bungee cord mode and lack of button mapping, etc).

    Ah I don't agree on that, the Beetle can take the curbs more aggressive then the 911, the 911 can spit out some random oversteer on throttle as well.

    That saying the 911 is still epic to drive especially after a few laps.

    Having driven all 4 of these extensively by far and away the standout was the Beetle, even on the hardest of racing tyres it is very planted, unlike the 458 which wants to step out even on fast corners like the first part of Spoon.

    The 911 has an epic soundtrack though.

    Let me rephrase, the RSR is more predictable without force feedback (essentially DS4 without rumble) even though the Beetle is a little bit faster and a bit more pointy/takes less to oversteer on power.
