FYI - You get lap times from the end of the race replay.

You have to stop the replay just before the last car crosses the finish line and then look at and save/post/photo the lap times.

You Fast forward in 10s segments.
Be careful as you near the end of the replay, as if you get near the end with the next segment (within a couple of seconds), it likes to close the replay and you get to do it all over again... Very frustrating..

All 5 cars have been very different, and personally I struggled with the GTR and RX7. Probably due to driver experience.

I had a blast racing last night, i think the RB Jnr is the most refined car of them all, obviously being a full blown open wheeler like that of the Formula 3 cars. A really nice balance of grip, speed and dynamics. I feel it will have similarly close racing to that of the Mazda TC.
I won my 1st race in a combined Div 3 & 4 and managed to get FL on the last lap :)
Race 3, I was going well from last up to 2nd then pushing too hard I went into the sand as I was going side by side with someone (can't remember sorry!)
The RB Jnr gets all my votes!

It looks like the Mazda TC has won the car vote and if it does it has won because of the racing it should produce rather than its raw speed I would suggest.
On this assumption, could we please have a maximum of one pit stop, or even possibly no pit stops.
All pitting will do is split up tight racing.
To be in a tight battle and then come out the pits 5 secs behind, or in front, of that battle, would defeat the purpose of choosing the car for the tight racing it should produce.

I agree that racing is great but I still think there needs to be an element of strategy involved. It can create an opportunity for those that might not have outright speed

@Hatfield, since we have all spent quite some effort and time testing the voted cars I think it would be a real advantage to use this information to help select the season 13 car.
As the seasons are pretty close together, we can save alot of further testing and voting, potentially skip to do a vote on the 2nd/3rd/4th voted cars for season 13?

Just an idea as we forward plan over the coming months.

    Cheers

I agree, but would be more inclined to do so if we had a few cars close in the vote, rather than 1 run-away and only a few votes for the rest
