    OP updated with car choice and Base Model Teams starting to form. If a team is formed with 1 in each division (4 drivers)...THEN AND ONLY THEN can a factory livery car be announced as taken.

    To run in a team you need to be running the same car and have a minimum of 3 all in different divs. You can run the colours that's not a problem but you will be running as a privateer.
