Couldn't find anything like this, so thought I would start one. @colin-50_ Got a call from Colin this morning, his game won't start after trying to get the latest update last night. Now, he may have lost connection during the download due to the PSN going down for "maintenance". I found an article on GTPlanet... https://www.gtplanet.net/gt6-installation-has-failed-update/ We all know about the "press "X" within 2 or 3 seconds of the screen coming up", but I don't think this is the issue. The second part of the info (in the above link) is a bit extreme. Deleting all of the game data and then re-loading all the patches. Is there any way to just re-download the latest patch and try loading that?? I tried finding a link to just the 1.19 file, but no luck. Can someone with more expertise please post here the best solution. Cheers
Hey guys im trying to install 1.19 and it freezes in gt6 on the install screen is this the same issue you had @colin-50_ Keep trying but no change. A full wipe really isn't an option for me as im on mobile data and yeah way to expensive.
