Hi guys and girls. Ive been a forum member of GTP for a while.Ive always searched for racing closer to Aus but ive never found much. I stumbled across this site and look forward to doing some serious racing. ive been a Gran Turismo boy for a long time and have recently jumped on the PJC bandwagon. I consider myself a fast, clean racer and have had some enjoyable events of GT6 round bathurst with Aussie guys. Ive got 2 custom made driving rigs at home with: PS4/ PS3 Platforms T500 Wheel and F1 Rim T3PA Pedals TH8A Shifter Samsung 10'' HUD Dash Astro A40 Headphones/mic 32'' LED HD TV (currently investigating handbrake builds) Hope to make some new friends along the way. Cheere I might plug the PS3 in and have a look. Although ive got to say. Even though im not a fan of the career progression in PJC i am a big fan of the difficult handling and audio of the cars.. would be hard to go back to GT6. How good is the T500! i love it. Astros are phenomenal as well. Yours would have the noise cancelling ear pads right?
Yeah once you've mastered a beast on PCars and got over the difficulty curve it's rewarding. I have the new version of the A50 so I think they're pretty much the same as yours but wireless afaik. They are unreal, I recently upgraded from the PS Gold headset (2.0) Love the TH8A as well, what do you reckon to the F1 wheel? I did however weld new uprights for extra support after upgrading from the G29 to the T500.
I enjoy the F1 rim although i havnt used it much since F1 2014. PJC allow me to assign most controls to the rim but its frustrating to have to recalibrate the t500 rim controls again after. This is my rig(s). https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/driving-simulator-the-story-so-far.329616/
