I can do the 11th. $300 ish in flights. I'll have to clear it with the finance minister. How much will karting be? The flight out is sun arvo 1715
At most it will be $120, which is for 3 x 10 minute sessions (2 practise and 1 qualifying) and 1 x 5 lap race. I'll try and ask for a special deal and see what I can come up with though.
Bummer, I would definitely be in, but I'm overseas from 28th November and won't be back until just before New Years, if the first one goes well maybe we could do another one in January.

Yep, 16 of us are needed to get our own grid start race. Otherwise we just have to go out on the track with other drivers on the day for the normal 10 minute sessions.

Hey lads Incey is looking for a bed for the Saturday night. I can let him crash at mine but he'll be as lonely as a pork chop at a vegan dinner party as I'll be out at a work function. Anyone got a square of carpet you can throw him at? One step ahead of you Hat, already got a few of my mates on board. If there is anyone else you are bringing please let me know so we don't end up with 17 drivers and only 16 karts. Yeah it should be alright. We just need to book with a ball park figure basically. And yeah we get the track to ourselves if we do that race package. I will probably have some space on the for you @incey. I just need to check with my house mates to check its all good.
I can fly into brissie or GC and leave from either if that helps. I don't think i can afford accomm and transfers on top of the flights and racing. atm a flight down sat arvo arriving 1645 and leaving sun arvo is looking the go
