help! im getting a "your password is no longer valid" message when trying to sign into PSN, it says an email has been sent but it hasnt.... anyone know of a way round this? ive tried logging in via a browser to sony entertainment network & resetting the password but get a message saying "unable to complete your password change request"

Oh no. I had that happen to me about a year ago. I couldn't tell you how to fix it. I just spat it and had to start over. I wasnt racing in online leagues so it wasnt that big of a deal. What about your ps4, turn that on at the same time, maybe it will know you're already signed in. If you restart now you could make it. You only need a couple of licenses to go into lobbies.

an hour trying all the fixes & nothing is working so prob will have to start over... cant see why there is a prob getting the password reset to my email considering it worked to join ps plus to get online for f1 3 weeks ago.....
