This is the real issue... you still hang around like a bad smell, talk the talk, and don't show up on Sundays to walk the walk :p

(All those other series you organise don't count for the purpose of this trash-talking to)

Oh yeah, Im happy to add another round, I get along with this car quite well :). We wont be able to start a new season til after xmas anyway, so running into the start of December wont matter

My 2c is leave the calendar as it is and either

a.) have Spa in Season 6
b.) have Spa as an additional "bonus" round in this Season - or just make it a one race only non championship event?

I reckon the Lemans track would be good to race. Crikey, we've raced Eiger for crying out loud!

Thanks for the input chaps. Seems there's no objection to having an additional round...and there should be no disadvantage for anyone who doesn't intend on purchasing the track - provided somone on your friends list owns it and leaves there lobby set to Spa.

If someone please can test the track and advise number of laps to give a 40-45min race, I'll go ahead and
add Spa as an additional (normal) scoring round for 4th December, and leave the rest of the calender as it is.

After running some laps at Daytona, I came up with an issue that might need clarification...

Are we allowed to use the extent of the paved surface on the exit of the first infield right-hander. You can run well over a car width beyond the white line before the grass starts.

I believe it should be ok. It's a painted line. If it was a ripple strip, then we couldn't. IMO :)

The blue line is more or less what I have been driving. Sometimes 4 wheels use the ripple strip, most times wheels cross the line. I'm thinking it should be allowed, for the sake of not having to police it.

i think this should be ok, the other thing i found is that if i went too wide there it can make it difficult to hit the next left at the right angle so its not much of an advantage (if any) to run wide there.

Has anyone tried in a race to see if there is a penalty there?

Completely acceptable IMO. Having done a few TT's and what not at this track in prologue, I can confirm there were never any laps invalidated using this section the track. Also see the ripple strip a bit further down? No point having that there if you're not running wide of that white line. ;)

No worries guys, just thought I had better clear it up now, lest we have problems on the weekend.

Just realised that the Indian GP is on at the same time as this weeks race. Any chance of a rescheduling or will we have to miss the first half of the F1 race?

That's well :):):):) lads, first ever Indian GP, can't be missing half of it, if indeed the race was rescheduled, I'm easy, not much on on Sundays usually, whatever works best for others, I'm there.
