    Hi all,

    I've had some feedback from a few of you surrounding the selection criteria and how the final 15 drivers for the Official ROC will be selected. Let me put it out there right now that I am not particularly comfortable with ANY way of doing this. There are roughly 25 Champions available for the night and only 15 of you will be able to race on the night. It's not fair and it's very difficult to make it so. With that said, I am looking at another possible option with 2x Sprint Races taking place on the same night as ROC, 12 or 13 drivers each, with the top 7 of each room qualifying for the Main final, +1 Community Vote.

    Would this be something you guys would prefer over the Time Trial? It would also guarantee everybody gets a streamed race. Let me know below!

    Thoughts on doing two separate ROC's? Considering the length of time between events, I think it'd only be fair to have two 'official' races. Understand if this has already been considered but I reckon it'd make the most sense. /2c

    two sprint races....assume half the candidates for roc evenly divided by division for each race with half the handicap of the full race. if so, thumbs up

    That's my thought, 3 div 1 guys in room 1, 3 div 1 guys in room 2 etc etc. That way there shouldn't be an "easy" room.
    I could also do this. I would take the first 15 fully available drivers and let them run next weekend, the latter drivers will go into the pool of drivers who will wait for the next ROC to be run (Likely after 2 seasons). This is a very solid idea.

    I think both options are better than original plan. Probably leaning towards option 1 but will be happy to be part of either. Appreciate your efforts.

    +1 for this option. The unique experience of an official ROC is a deserved reward for all champions so this way no qualifying races or time trials to potentially lose that chance. Also, side note, its very cool to see ROC come back, it is such a highlight in the ROOZ community :)
