Had a quick blat around the track last night after the race with a few of the guys and the macca certainly likes to get air there. About 3 or 4 different spots and the front end is off the ground. Definately will be a good race.

jaserous you disconnected from the room before I got your lap time so I have no idea what your best lap time is so thats why there is no best lap for you sorry mate. :mrgreen:

Not sure how I got that lap in, but I will take it.

Had a fairly frustrating race, the first lap I was bouncing off the walls like pinball. Apologies to all that followed. I managed to over-correct on the last corner, ended up at a 45 degree angle in the wall that wouldn't budge until I hit reverse finally. This let gaz thru for second...

Well done to holden and all who didn't stop.

I'll let it known now, that there is a chance I may not be at this weeks race. We are heading to the snow this weekend, and may or may not be back in time for the race on Sunday.

I'll definately be trying to leave in time to make it for the race, as another 0 points race will basically kill my season.

So if I am there, I am there, if I aint, I aint!

Would also be the best race of the season because i had a few good battles with some of you. Should have been a close finish between rico and myself. i spun on the last corner. lucky we had a good gap back to 4th and i was able to hang onto a podium finish

IT is essential you just put a time in to fill the board and show your support for this league. In the end it is a little effort to ask to assure the future success of this league. A few have been put off by those quick guys but thats not relevant, we just need numbers on the board and future prize events may be more accessible to all. :mrgreen:
All gtleagueoz members put a time in no matter what and get your friends to do so also. Castro and Hess went to a lot of trouble setting this up, the least we can do is a couple laps round a track. Just give it a go I'm trying to put a lap together at the moment but cant get through a whole lap without making a mistake but I will get a lap time in by the end of the weekend or I'll die trying. :mrgreen:

I can't get used to this track. Doing 1.27s dropping to 1.26 occasionally.

Consistent 1.25's, occiasionally mid 1.24's, but there is more to be found. I can feel it.

i was getting high 1:25's the other day i think. only had a short run around there. plenty of room for improvement. just couldnt get it right. tonight is gonna be tough

1st race wasnt so great.. After qualifying 2nd .005 behind holden. Had my timer freeze on 17 seconds again so i missed the start and dropped back a bit. Managed to get back up to 2nd. Although i wasnt sure if i had actually overtaken disturboed or not because he was lagging all over the place. He ended up getting back infront of me then his car stopped just before the kink going down the back straight. I slammed into him, got damage and a collision penalty as he took off in a flash back up to his usual place. Disconnected after the race had finished. So was lucky to hold onto 3rd.

Race 2 was a little better. Because i left and joined again i started on pole. I felt as if that was unintentionally cheating though. So i jumped the start and pulled to one side and let everyone past. Sorry if that caused a bit of congestion going down into turn 1. From there i made my way back to 5th and started to catch Jaserous. I followed him closely for the last few laps. Made my move coming out of the last turn as he ran wide. I got a good run on him and started to go past him when he moved across and left me with no option other than to back off a bit. Otherwise i would have hit the start of pit wall. I then moved to the other side only to be blocked again..

Pretty frustrating night overall. But i guess every race except for 1 has been like that for me haha. Still got a decent position. So i cant complain too much.
