Hey Col I was hoping you'd take interest. The Fun Run style should be right up your alley. No pressure. Fixed setups. It's easy to get into. Start Game Stock Car, go to 'Multiplayer' and select 'join game'. That should bring up a list of servers. Find 'GTSimRacing.com.au', click on it and join. Then you're in! Occassionally there's a track or something you might need to download. They're all free, and I can send you a link then guide you through how to add it to your game on teamspeak if/when required. They also post the links to any content requried over at the www.gtsimracing.com.au forum, so go and sign up over there if you want, it would be good to say hello over there, but it's not essential you do at the moment. GTSimRacing also have their own teamspeak server. I can meet you on ROOZ teamspeak and give you the details for GTSimRacing teamspeak if required. The server is online most days so don't have to wait until Thursdays to have a go. I might jump on it over the weekend.
I haven't needed a password to get on the server before. Check you have got the right one. The server might not be online right now. Col unfortunately the server is not up and it looks like they've canned Thursday night fun runs now due to lack of attendance
Fun Run's are now Monday and Wednesdays but this be a rotation of platforms (not always GSC). Anyone whose interested can sign up at gtsimracing.com and request a platform (rFactor, GTR 2, GSC, pCARS) and content. I'll post in here only when GSC 2012 is scheduled.
Not sure exactly what you mean but.... The fun run was on Monday so it doesn't matter now anyway. Practise was ~20mins, 1 lap qualifier, then 6 lap race. Rinse and repeat as many times as you like.
The fun run last night was pCARS. I'm only posting details in this thread if it's scheduled to be GSC 2012.
