I don't know if it's a result of the movie, but Sport mode has gone completely to recently. Every single race recently I have been smashed into and left to chase from last place, it just really sucks. Really hope they start working on an upgraded penalty system.
I have noticed the same thing, I have been rammed multiple times on purpose by the same car in the same race. This has never happened to me before. The conspiracy theorist in me figured it was drivers hired to make GT7 look bad in time for the Forza release, but that would just be way too crazy Hey.....
For anyone using VR2 with glasses, I stumbled across this mob called HonsVR. I saw a positive write up on Press Start Australia, so I figured they were worth a shot. They manufacture prescription lens covers for a variety of VR headsets, I ordered a pair last Friday night and they arrived Monday afternoon (I paid for expedited shipping). They clip into place over the base lenses and voila, glasses without wearing glasses. Great little addition and saves any risk of scratching one or the other.
PSVR2 Without parole has been testing 3 or 4 different lenses, they like those and the VR rock lenses.
Anyone competing in the new GTWS Exhibition series? Signed on with Ferrari this time, I feel like between their 458 Gr4 and Gr3 cars, there is a good balance.
Sadly my rank dropped back down to B so I'll be in GT2 division, GT1 div is Gr3 only, GT2 and GT3 are both. Better watch out, they are doing Heavy damage for GT1
Haven't given a sport mode lap time challenge a proper go in a while now. Until tonight lol. Currently P4 in the world.
Currently 24th in the world in the Honda eMS Fastest Attack TT. Few mistakes but overall a pretty good lap.
Unfortunately, PS VR2 and I don't get along. Had a second go this afternoon and must have maybe 30 secs in driving slowly mind, the vestibular illusion kicked in and I started feeling quite sick . Took me 2 days to recover from the 1st go. Sending it back to Amazon.
Yeah! When I had to provide a reason for the return I chose "Incompatible or no longer useful" and wrote that the incompatibility was with me.
So, given I can't spend my money on VR headset, I thought about upgrading from my Logtiech G29. What would you learened people suggest? I montsly play GT7, with the odd foray into ACC on my PS5. I don't have a gaming PC.
I really enjoy my CSL Elite setup having upgraded from a Logi G25 a few years ago. Load cell pedal upgrade really makes it IMO.
Go Direct Drive if you have the funds. Will work great on GT7 but will make every other more 'hardcore' sim feel way better.
According to source of all early info, Nenkai, next update is expected to be a good one. He hasn't shed any details, but he has been quite vocal in his criticism of GT7 in the past, so I suspect it should be pretty solid.
