I read unconfirmed reports the slip stream effect has been toned down a bit. First impressions, I would agree. Also doing the Seasonal NASCAR special event, I thought the shifting with the clutch seemed a little less ridiculously sensitive to slight mistiming or mispedal and I was able to consistently shift very quickly. Fun events, but skid recovery force is set to on, no option to change, which is a bit silly and makes it very easy. You'll clean up a cool 1.5M credits per race though, x 5 races. That Jeff Gordon race suit is sweet, but you can't mix and match the helmet or suit with other designs. It's a full costume get-up only.

With a OCD lineup like that, what are the odds that the next seasonal event is for low powered 60's/70's Japanese cars? The NASCAR events were super easy, virtually impossible to light up the back tyres unless you floor it out of a hairpin on full lock. Wont argue with the xp/cr though.
Thanks Darko for the original posting. Pity there's no official list of changes so far. Mmmm read about a couple more changes, one good, one bad... The bad - it appears LSD settings in FF cars cannot be adjusted due to a new glitch in the menu The good - apparently when race type is set to 'drift' the cars are staggered around the track instead of starting on a grid. It would be nice if instead of all these new seasonal events and race suits they fixed the fundamental issues like tuning, tyre and qualifying glitches, and converted more standard cars into premium etcertera. Oh well, something's better than nothing.

My dreams were shattered after that lol I would love to have a one make race with the '68 Honda race car that came up in the OUCD. trustys got one and I picked it up last night and strapped on a turbo... would be fun on a track like Autumn Mini, Tsukuba or Eifel(Kart). What you reckon guys? Also got a good few concept series in mind that I would like to get everyone's opinion on. Probably get crackin on em after the 501 Series 1 is finished.

yeh i got one of those Isuzu 117 Coupes done up, it's a gorgeous car.... Had it since the first week of gt5. Would love to bust it out again. I bags that car, lol! i think if we organise a race day, we should make sure everyone has a different car. Hmm i may organise this series unless someone would like to.
yeh i think if the PP is going to be low, race cars could be an option too. have to do some testing. edit* I just bought every car in the OCD lol, cheap as anyway. Didn't realise the Datto 1500 (512) was in there
