    no minimum of laps,
    id probably recommend no more than 10 laps.
    If you do too many you might get yourself a time that doesnt really reflect your skill level.

    To be honest, I would suggest that the maximum laps would be approx. half of the laps of a series race. For Monza, the max is probably around 12.
