Thank you to everyone who helped out with testing for the season.

I know that inevitably there are tracks that some may not particularly like, but overall the tracks are fairly neutral for the car, and in the testing rooms gave heaps of great close racing without having to fight the car.

I went with monaco for the enduro because with the tire regs (sports softs last forever if you look after them) it should make things interesting later in the race, some strategy should come into play.

Cape ring and Laguna Seca didnt make the list as the car got very loose and hard to control in some corners, even on new tires.

great work stu, m1ki and aussie on the season getting up and going.

Just a quick shout out the the member who keep making the site and series so successful season after season, we wouldnt be here without you lads.

Have to mention guys like Teknique, disturboed, figjam, bluemoon who have raced every single season!

I think there are a few guys on 7 seasons as well..awesome effort crew

Yeah, great effort from them to stay around for that many seasons. Testament to not only the game (however frustrating it can be) but also the level of driving that keeps people coming back.

Hopefully we can keep going for a while yet !! At least that's the plan. !!

So true. I dont play games all that often, and when i do its GT5. And really thats basically because of being a part of this league. Great to be a (small) part of it.

I would have stopped playing GT5 ages ago if it wasn't for the league. I hope we can keep getting bigger and better.

It was the league guys calling me back for season 8. Seeing the talent pool grow each season was testament. Unfortunately I was a minnow.

@Chev: Looking at the new blood that have signed up for this series, I think that it is indeed getting bigger and better (and stronger) which isn't bad for a 18 month old game

D2 & 3, for example, is at driver sign-up capacity for the first time since I have joined

I haven't had the chance to get online for over a week to check the numbers of laps. If anyone has done some runs can they post the required changes and i'll update calendar.
(Hope i'm not this flatout all season).

The calendar has changed. Only minor lap number tweaks from round 2 onwards, so we won't be racing in overtime.

Good job Miki, slightly changed the number of laps down guys......

Races should last up to about 45 - 50 mins, enduro about 1 hr.

Again, thanks to all who have helped with organizing, good luck and enjoy.
