I did a few laps running that tune tonight but I still don't have a good feel for the track in this car, best I could manage were 18's. Here's Stu's tune if anyone wants it.

En rouge is actually hard on pcars lol. Not sure how you can have your down force so low and turn in to the corners in sec 2

Oh yeah it really is! I'm gonna try upping the aero to 3 tonight to see if it improves my time at all.

Yeah I think so. It gets a bit dicey though.

Not as easy to get the exact line needed every lap on controller. Wish I had a wheel, they allow much finer steering control.

didnt get on last night to run any laps, but i have a 1/4 lift just as i start up the hill at Eu rouge. Seems to settle the car down and makes no difference to the top spp.eed at the end of the straight....

my tune is almost identical to stus comparing those numbers although I'm running much higher rear pressures, 1.48bar doing 15s easy with a few 14s in a 10 lap practice last night, all in daylight thou, temps are good, now just need to sort out pit stop pressures, anyone know how much less pressure to run in the night?

Be careful on your pit stops. It's a long stop. full tace distance first 10laps daylight, 10-22 night, 22-29 fog, 29-39 sun. Tyres will last for a 1 stop strategy with tyre temps dropping to 82 into the fog, pitting when the track hits 21 deg (lap 28) making sure pressures at stop are spot on as track hits 40 really quick and stays like that till the end. If you start on full fuel, 1 stop requires only 23ltrs and you'll finish with 3ltrs.

    Hi all.

Ive not yet turned a lap of the next circuit. And i doubt i may get a chance till sunday afternoon. Building a deck is more time comsuming then id hoped, and harder on the knees. Sitting in the sim is the last thing i could imagine right now lol

So who can share a tune to help me out. Fuel usage, pitting..
    Appreciate any info.

I'm using Stu's tune from Spa, I posted a screenshot of it at the top of this page. I've upped the rear aero to 3 though. With that tune I'm getting low 1:30's, haven't cracked the 29's yet though. Fuel usage for me has been 1.17 per lap so I'm putting 43L in the tank. Tyres will last the whole race easily. No need for fuel or tyres at the mandatory pit stop.

which game are you building the deck for? you may find it easier on the knees if you sit at a table. Just make sure it has enough space to lay out all your cards. :p

How do you not change tyres in a pit stop
