Renault R.S. 01 would be my first choice. Nice and fast, heaps of power so it's a bit of a handful and requires some finesse to drive well.
Something like the BAC Mono? I really enjoy the BAC Mono, nice small quick road car with road tyres would make it lots of fun. Those regs would make it quite fun too!
Do we want to pick a class of car first and then test all the options within that class? or just throw out random ideas? Full class/car list here http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?40232-Complete-List-of-Car-Classes-By-Tier Note: Not my list, i cant confirm if its complete includes all free and DLC cars or not
If it's road cars I like The Mitsi evo or mclaren p1 and keep the tuning it makes it more interesting.
I understand the argument for both the pro-tuning and anti-tuning camps but I think I prefer no tuning, that way it's more about driving skill than anything else.
No tuning has been tested and wont work. Unless theyve fixed the issues then itll be tune again. Im fine either way tho. Ill race regardless of car or tuning regs.
We really should run the v8 supercar seeing as it was nearly the s3 car and whatever game we move on to after this isn't going to have it.
Yeah but you end up with the same guys winning every race and everyone has the same handling top speed etc, at least with tuning it mixes it up abit, and can tune to suit your driving style. this is my first season in pcars and I'm loving it, I gave up Sunday night gt6 ages ago cause i got so bored, I started racing in the Tuesday night street series that Hatfield runs, Tuning allowed awesome good fun everyone has a chance to win,
Isn't it already pretty much the same guys winning anyway? Most of the time that is. I'll be honest, I'm completely rubbish at tuning. I need help with tunes every week just to stay remotely competitive, there are just too many variables. I'm much more interested in trying to beat other drivers on a level playing field.
As far as im aware no tune would put different amounts of fuel in peoples tanks and some not with enough to finish. And i believe theres pit stop issues with no tune also. Anyways. This is a car duscussion page guys. Lets not do the whole tune vs no tune arguement again. We did this last season lol
Turn fuel off. Responsibility then goes to each person to set their car to 1 litre so everyone is the same. Just had a run in the Mclaren P1 and gum eat Apollo and they were great with default tune. The pagani was not a crowd favourite. Very light on steering, no front end weight or grip compared to the other two cars, needed to brake for a very long time.
