I looked it back, i think it was kinda both of us at fault. I came out a btt more than i should have but you didn't quite leave enough space, in the end we both went off Apologies for my end of the bargain in that
Sigh..... looking at the result i'm ecstatic to walk away with P2.
Looking at how that result came to be is where i begin to come unstuck..... as ben's already mentioned, i finally got a decent start but it was all over as we had a coming together into T1 which sent us going on a one way trip to the back.... yaaaaay
We both begun to recover and were making steady progress, already up to 6th and 7th by Lap 4. However, i have no idea what happened between me and Giant at the final hairpin..... I got up the inside cleanly and we got around the hairpin clean, but then on the exit..... i got hit in the rear quarter panel..... hard.... sending me into the wall..... any idea what went on there?!?
Anyway i then begun my next comeback before promptly spinning again and losing more time
My final comeback then thankfully brought me up to P2 and after a failed attempt to hunt down the eventual Victor, Samsung which ended with me making sandcastles, i decided to settle in and take no more chances and hold onto 22 points.
I knew that race was going to be a tougher 50miniutes than Snetterton, but wasn't quite prepared for that!
Cheers guys, onto the next!
