Is there a reason why Le Mans 2009 with the chicanes was chosen? The 2013 layout makes this version basically redundant, only reason I've ever used 09 on GT6 was for the No Chicanes layout which I'm sad still goes unused. That said a list with Le Mans, Indy Road and Spa on it is fantastic.
Agreed with Jono, if we have chicanes may as well run 2013 layout. As far as I remember most of the changes between layouts were positive ones, and didn't take away any character from the layout.
not at this stage thanks mate. I try not to do too much testing on a bunch of tracks and prefer the community to speak up with what they like or don't and we go from there. Now that we have our tracks, those who want to practice can get on it lol
are the mods thinnking every race (bar sprint) has to have a pitstop or maybe a "just go for it" season
In all scenarios* the answer between 1 stop on softs and no stop on hards is soft tyres are faster. *SSRX probably the only exception. *In Gran Turismo 6
i think it comes down to fuel. you can run on crap tyres but lapping at 80kmh is the pits. for example, at sarthe tyres last more than 10 laps but fuel won't do 11. so is mod thinking lets make it 11 so you have to pit or ten so you can go all out
lap amounts are done to attempt to keep the race at the 45min mark. We don't test for strategies. See who can work out the best one
